Job summary

Mitti by SafetyCulture is seeking a technical integration specialist to design and deliver scalable integrations that bridge GTM and PDE. You will scope, design, build, test and hand off end-to-end projects, collaborating with account executives, CS teams, and Product to accelerate value delivery.

You will leverage AI tools to speed up spec drafting, data analysis and code development, while prioritising customer outcomes and scalable patterns.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SQL, relational databases, APIs, enterprise integration patterns, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Golang).
• Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to engineers and business stakeholders.
• Fluently use AI coding assistants and automation tools to accelerate work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end scalable integration and automation projects within defined timelines and budgets.
• Partner with GTM and Engineering to accelerate deployment and inform roadmap with customer feedback.
• Build reusable tooling and templates to reduce delivery effort across accounts.
• Advise customers on sustainable system architecture and manage scope and custom requirements.
