Emperor is seeking a French speaking Senior Account Manager to join our client services team, based in our Edinburgh office. You will work across one of our largest corporate annual reporting clients, leading programmes and ensuring exceptional delivery and client satisfaction.

The role involves project leadership, programme management, and proactive client service, with involvement in new business support and pitches.

Qualifications

• French language proficiency required for client work.
• Strong client service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple streams and teams across projects.

Responsibilities

• Proactive relationship building with clients.
• Day-to-day contact for clients and delivery of exceptional service.
• Lead delivery across brand, marcomms, engagement and digital elements.
• Support pitches and new business opportunities alongside Directors.
