Job summary

Zenoti is seeking a French-speaking Sales Development Representative to drive new business opportunities from France and other French-speaking regions. Based in Manchester, you will work closely with Marketing and Account Executives to qualify leads and generate meetings through a mix of inbound follow-up and outbound prospecting.

You will build compelling outreach, research prospects, and maintain CRM hygiene in Salesforce and Outreach.

Qualifications

• Native or professional fluency in French and English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and coachable.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging new prospects.
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads and identify sales opportunities.
• Prospect into target accounts using phone, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
• Build personalized outbound campaigns that generate meetings with decision-makers.
• Research prospects and understand their business challenges.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and Outreach.
• Meet and exceed monthly pipeline and meeting targets.
• Partner with Marketing on campaigns, events, and account-based initiatives.
• Continuously improve messaging through testing, coaching, and feedback.
