French Selection UK in London is seeking a French-speaking Sales Manager for the packaging sector on a maternity cover with potential to become permanent. The role is based in North West London with hybrid work 2–3 days in the office and offers a salary up to £40,000 per year plus commission.

You will drive growth in a designated territory by winning new customers, nurturing long-term relationships with decision-makers, and presenting tailored packaging solutions.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (written and spoken) essential.

• Own the sales cycle from initial contact through to negotiation, agreement and onboarding.
• Grow existing business by identifying opportunities to increase customer spend and develop strategic accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and delivered effectively.
• Stay close to industry developments and customer needs, using market insight to identify new commercial opportunities.
