French Selection is recruiting a French-speaking Sales Manager for the packaging sector in North West London. This maternity cover role offers hybrid work with 2–3 days in the office and a salary up to £40,000 plus commission, dependent on experience.

You will drive growth by winning new customers, manage a pipeline, and build long-term relationships while collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored packaging solutions. Travel to designated markets is expected.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French, written and spoken.
• Experience in B2B sales environment.
• Packaging sector experience preferred.
• Willing to travel to designated markets.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by identifying and winning new customers.
• Build a sustainable pipeline and convert prospects.
