Qualifications

• 5+ years of business experience, ideally in Client Success managing multiple clients and global operations.
• Experience in the hotel industry, revenue management, or hospitality tech is a plus.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong analytical and data skills with ability to interpret and present information.
• Ability to manage escalations and collaborate on solutions.
