Qualifications

• Fluent in French (written and spoken) essential
• Experience in a B2B sales environment
• Background in packaging sector preferred
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel to designated markets

Responsibilities

• Generate new business by identifying and engaging with prospective customers and key decision-makers
• Build a sustainable pipeline of opportunities and convert prospects into long-term customers
• Develop trusted relationships with clients, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for growth
• Present tailored solutions and commercial proposals that demonstrate clear value to customers
• Own the sales cycle from initial contact through to negotiation, agreement and successful onboarding
• Grow existing business by identifying opportunities to increase customer spend and develop strategic accounts
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and delivered effectively
• Stay close to industry developments and customer needs, using market insight to identify new commercial opportunities
