Job summary

Alexander Mae (Bristol) Ltd is seeking a French-speaking Project Manager to deliver digital event platforms on specification, on time, and within budget. The role is office based in Clevedon with one day per week working from home, and requires strong project-management skills and fluent French/English communication.

You will build and configure projects, provide client guidance, deliver client trainings, and coordinate with Development and Customer Experience teams to ensure high-quality

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English for client communications.
• Hands-on, can manage projects from start to finish.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients.
• Able to present clearly to clients and platform users.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure projects on the digital event platform to maximise networking opportunities.
• Provide professional guidance to clients to ensure the product fits their event sector, users and objectives.
• Deliver presentations to clients and platform users and train them on platform functionality.
• Liaise with the Development team to stay updated on new platform features and improvements.
• Liaise with the Customer Experience team to ensure project readiness and service delivery.
• Maintain high standards of product quality and seek to exceed expectations.
• Ensure internal systems and processes are accurately maintained.
