Job summary

Decagon is expanding its Agent Deployment Engineering Org to deliver end-to-end AI agent builds for strategic enterprise customers. You will own architecture, integration, and governance, partnering with customers and internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality deployments.

You’ll work with senior stakeholders, balance hands-on execution with structured thinking, and help shape platform improvements for scale and reliability—while operating in a fast-moving, customer-facing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical, customer-facing role.
• Fluent written and spoken English and French.
• Strong fundamentals in coding, APIs, and integrations.
• Ability to translate requirements into actionable plans and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture and deployment of AI agents for enterprise customers.
• Design core agent logic and ensure reliability across non-deterministic outputs.
• Develop guardrails and controls for safe, compliant agent performance.
• Integrate agents with client systems (data pipelines, CRMs, ticketing systems).
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to define success criteria.
• Diagnose failures via traces, logs, and model behavior.
• Create evaluation and regression testing for agent performance.
• Document customer needs and feed insights back to product teams.
• Partner with PMs, Eng, Design, and GTM for repeatable deployments.
