Decagon is seeking an Agent Deployment Engineer to lead end-to-end AI agent builds for strategic customers in a fast-moving enterprise environment. You will own design, integration, testing, and production deployment, partnering with customers and internal teams to define success and deliver scalable agents.

This role requires strong API experience, hands-on engineering, and the ability to communicate with senior stakeholders. English and French fluency is a must.

Formación

• 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role.
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
• Strong coding fundamentals and API integration experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end architecture and execution of AI agent builds for enterprise customers.
• Design core agent logic to optimize quality and reliability.
• Engineer guardrails to ensure safe, compliant agent performance.
• Integrate with customer systems (CRM, data pipelines) and test at scale.
• Interface with senior technical stakeholders to define success criteria.
• Diagnose issues via root-cause analysis of traces and logs.
• Document requirements and feed back into platform improvements.
• Collaborate with PMs, Eng, and GTM to deliver repeatable builds.
