Job summary

WSP is seeking a Consultant or Assistant Consultant to support the Freight and Logistics team across the UK. The role offers hybrid working with offices in Birmingham, Leeds or Manchester and involves developing policy, infrastructure studies and logistics planning.

You will work across multiple projects, applying analytical and evidence-based approaches to deliver robust recommendations and support decarbonisation and efficiency in freight systems.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience applying quantitative or structured approaches to real-world challenges.
• Ability to translate complex analysis into clear insights.
• Comfortable developing bespoke approaches to projects.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and switch context quickly.
