Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking an Engagement Consultant to join the UK Engagement team. You will deliver stakeholder engagement, public consultation and communication programmes across a diverse portfolio of infrastructure and development projects.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams, act as a trusted advisor, and contribute to engagement strategies. Flexible, hybrid working arrangements are available across the UK.

Qualifications

• Degree in communications, public affairs or related field.
• Strong written communication to translate complex information into plain English.
• Experience producing newsletters, websites or stakeholder updates.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Collaborative and able to work independently.
• Proven experience in communications, engagement or stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver stakeholder engagement, public consultation and communication programmes across projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to communicate effectively and gather feedback.
• Organise engagement activities, including events, exhibitions, workshops, webinars and surveys.
• Analyse consultation feedback and present findings and recommendations.
• Develop engagement materials such as websites, brochures and maps.
• Provide engagement support to UK and international projects.
• Work with project teams to deliver activities on time and within budget.
• Contribute to development of engagement strategies and reporting.
