Ocado Logistics in Rainham, United Kingdom, is hiring a Freezer Warehouse Operative for our high‑performing freezer environment, with temperatures as low as -25°C. You'll join a close‑knit team and carry out duties to pick, pack and dispatch items accurately and on time.

We provide full thermal protective gear, onsite restaurant, parking and a clear progression path. Shift options include day 6:00–15:00 and night 18:00–06:00, with premiums for freezer and night work.

As a Freezer Warehouse Operative, you’ll be part of a specialist team working in a high‑performing freezer environment at temperatures as low as -25°C.

What We’re Looking For

Available Day Roles (You will work 4 shifts in every 7‑day period. Shifts are spread across the full week, including weekends)

Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (4 days on, 3 days off)

Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (4 nights on, 3 nights off)

Pay & Premiums

Starting salary: £12.84 per hour (base pay shown — freezer premium added separately)

Freezer premium + £1.00 per hour

Night shift premium: + £2.67 per hour (12 am - 6 am).

Overtime paid at 1.25x basic rate.
