Job summary

Ocado Logistics is hiring a Warehouse Operative to help ensure products are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time as part of our busy warehouse team.

Shift options include Daytime 4:30 am - 2:30 pm and Nighttime 6:35 pm - 4:35 am with a roster system that rewards flexibility. Starting pay is £12.84 per hour with a freezer premium of £1.00 and a night shift premium of £2.67 per hour, with overtime paid at 1.25x basic rate.

Shift Options

Daytime: 4:30 am - 2:30 pm Nighttime: 6:35 pm - 4:35 am Trade roster: Receive your work roster a week in advance and be rewarded for your flexibility. You could earn up to £100 extra per month and be eligible for priority overtime. Core roster: Plan your work life balance with our core roster. Receive your work pattern 6-13 weeks in advance giving you bags of time to plan with your family and friends.

Pay & Premiums

Starting salary: £12.84 per hour (base pay shown; freezer premium added separately). Freezer premium: + £1.00 per hour. Night shift premium: + £2.67 per hour (12 am - 6 am). Overtime paid at 1.25x basic rate.
