Job summary

Ocado Logistics is hiring a Freezer Warehouse Operative to join a specialist team in a high‑performing freezer environment down to -25°C. You’ll help pick, pack and dispatch products accurately and on time, with full thermal gear provided for safety and comfort.

The role offers day and night shifts, a 4 days on/3 days off pattern, and additional earnings from premiums and incentives. Training is provided; candidates must be 18+, able to handle meat and alcohol, and comply with Health & Safety

Qualifications

• No warehousing experience required; skills can be taught.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to handle Meat and Alcohol products.
• Within reasonable commute time from the site by your chosen transport.
• Must understand and follow Health & Safety briefings and operational instructions.

Responsibilities

• Help ensure products are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time.
• Work as part of a specialist team in a high‑performing freezer environment.
• Adhere to shift rosters including day and night rotations.
