Job summary

Ocado Logistics is seeking a Freezer Warehouse Operative to join a specialist team in a -25°C freezer environment. You’ll be part of a close-knit group, with full thermal gear provided for comfort and safety. Roles include picking, packing and dispatching while meeting safety standards.

Starting salary is £12.84 per hour, with additional freezer and night-shift premiums. Overtime paid at 1.25x. Benefits include digital GP, salary advances, discounts, pension, onsite facilities and parking.

Qualifications

• No warehouse experience required, just a positive attitude.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to handle Meat and Alcohol products.
• Understand and follow health and safety briefings and instructions.
• Day shifts involve ambient and chilled areas (0–5°C).

Responsibilities

• Assist in picking, packing and dispatching products accurately and on time.
• Work across ambient and chilled areas as required.
• Adhere to safety procedures and carry out duties as directed by supervisors.
