Job Description:

As a Warehouse Freezer Operative, you'll work in a large freezer at temperatures of up to -25℃. Full thermal gear is provided for safety. You will be central to our delivery team, ensuring our 60,000 orders per week are correct, undamaged, and on time.

We operate 24-hour warehouses, so whether you're a morning person or a night owl, there's a shift for everyone.

Shift Options:

• Daytime: 5 am – 3 pm (4 days on, 3 days off)
• Nighttime: 7 pm – 5 am (4 nights on, 3 nights off)

What We Offer:

• Starting salary: £13.01 per hour (including freezer premium)
• Night shift premium: +£2.50 per hour (22:00-06:00)
• Overtime paid at 1.25x basic rate
