Freezer Warehouse Operative - Andover (Tidworth), Andover

We are hiring Warehouse Freezer Operatives to work in a large freezer environment with temperatures of up to -25℃. Safety is our priority, and full thermal gear is provided. You will be at the heart of our delivery team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of our 60,000 weekly orders.

Our warehouse operates 24 hours, offering shifts suitable for everyone.

Shift Options:

• Daytime: 5 am – 3 pm (4 days on, 3 days off)
• Nighttime: 7 pm – 5 am (4 nights on, 3 nights off)

What We Offer:

• Starting salary: £13.01/hour (including freezer premium)
• Night shift premium: +£2.50/hour (22:00-06:00)
• Overtime: 1.25x basic rate

Core Roster: Receive your work pattern 13 weeks in advance to plan your personal life.
