Job Description:

As a Warehouse Freezer Operative, you’ll work in a large freezer at temperatures of up to -25℃. Full thermal gear is provided for your safety. You’ll be at the heart of our delivery team, ensuring every one of our 60,000 orders per week is correct, undamaged, and on time.

We operate a 24-hour warehouse, so there’s a shift for everyone:

• Daytime: 5 am – 3 pm (4 days on, 3 days off)
• Nighttime: 7 pm – 5 am (4 nights on, 3 nights off)

What We Offer:

• Starting salary: £13.01 per hour (including a freezer premium)
• Night shift premium: +£2.50 per hour (22:00-06:00)
• Overtime paid at 1.25x basic rate
