Job summary

The Online Studio (OLS) is seeking a conceptually strong Social Designer to craft native-looking social ads for a global CPG client roster, with a focus on Gen Z. You’ll blend collage, editorial visuals and simple motion to feel authentic to how people actually scroll, save and share.

You will own projects from briefs through to final assets, collaborating with Creative Leads across brands and using GenAI tools like Figma Weave to ensure brand IP accuracy.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing Gen Z oriented collage work or editorial/moodboard styles.
• Strong composition and confident product handling.
• Ability to work autonomously to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Design social ads from brief to completion, mainly static and collage.
• Composite packshots and product visuals from a small asset set.
• Build collages that balance texture, color and typography while staying on-brand.
