Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking a Freelance Site Manager for a long-term industrial new-build project in Northwich. The role spans 40 weeks with a day rate of 280–300, and requires delivering on-time construction per client specs.

You will report to the Project Manager, manage contractors, ensure HSE standards, and coordinate with design teams and client representatives. Industrial/new build experience and UK driving license are essential.

Qualifications

• Industrial/new build experience required.
• UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Experience overseeing on-site teams and liaising with clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction of a new build industrial unit.
• Ensure projects run on time and to client specifications.
• Report to Project Manager and coordinate with head office.
• Manage contractors and on-site teams daily.
• Monitor site health & safety compliance.
• Coordinate with design teams, consultants and client representatives.
