Job summary

Kenton Black Limited is seeking a Site Planner/Manager for a circa 4 month contract to oversee the client programme and plan subcontractor supply chains on a new build industrial/distribution unit in the West of England. You will ensure deadlines, RAMS and safety compliance, and participate in progress meetings.

CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid are mandatory; experience with steel portal frame logistics is essential. The role is on-site with standard hours.

Qualifications

• CSCS Card is mandatory.
• SMSTS certification mandatory.
• First Aid certificate mandatory.
• Previous experience on steel portal frame logistic/distribution unit schemes.

Job description

£20 Million new build industrial/distribution unit. Reporting to the Project Manager you primary role will be to manage the client programme, plan and programme subcontractor supply chain ensuring that works are completed with set deadlines, Health & Safety, RAMS etc. You will also be involved in client/subcontractor progress meetings aswell as general daily site management duties. This role is open on either a CIS or Ltd basis and is circa 4 month contract.

CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid certificates will be a mandatory requirement along with prior/current experience working on steel portal frame logistic/distribution unit schemes
