CSC Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Freelance Setting Out Engineer for a major 14-storey office development in Waterloo, London. The role requires precise setting out across the site and collaboration with site teams to ensure drawings and specifications are met.

• Proven experience as a Setting Out Engineer on major construction projects.
• Experience on commercial, high-rise or complex new-build developments.
• Excellent knowledge of drawings, coordinates, levels and tolerances.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Setting out structural, architectural and general construction elements.
• Establishing and maintaining accurate control points and benchmarks.
• Carrying out precise checks and surveys throughout the works.
• Ensuring all setting out is completed accurately and in accordance with drawings and specifications.
• Working closely with Site Managers, Engineers, subcontractors and the wider project team.
• Checking dimensions, levels, coordinates and tolerances.
• Identifying and resolving discrepancies before they impact the works.
• Maintaining clear and accurate survey records.
• Supporting quality control and ensuring a high standard of dimensional accuracy is maintained throughout the build.
