We are seeking an exceptional Senior Designer for an immediate contract. The candidate must be within the European timezone.

The Senior Designer will play a vital role in the game team, supporting design and acting as a bridge between disciplines. You will become the project expert, understanding all aspects of the game and driving it forward through collaborative leadership and design excellence.

Responsibilities

• Be an integral part of the design team, creating new features and content for a AAA open-world console project.
• Ensure clear communication within the design, development, and publishing teams.
• Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation.
• Utilize insights from data analytics and other sources to inform design responses.
• Respond to feedback from data, reviews, and playtests, and implement necessary changes.
• Articulate game concepts clearly and analyze game mechanics effectively.
• Support junior designers in their development.

Requirements

• 4+ years of game development experience in a design role.
• Experience working on at least one AAA console project.
• Proven ability in product prioritization and rapid design decision-making.
• Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of in-game economy requirements.
