We are seeking an exceptional Senior Designer for an immediate contract. The candidate should be within the European timezone.

The Senior Designer will be a key part of the game team, supporting design and acting as a bridge between disciplines. You will become the project expert with a comprehensive understanding of all game aspects, driving the product through collaborative leadership and design excellence.

Responsibilities

• Participate in creating new features and content for a AAA open-world console game.
• Ensure effective communication within the design, development, and publishing teams.
• Create and maintain design documentation.
• Analyze data from analytics and other sources to inform design decisions.
• Respond to feedback from data, reviews, and playtests.
• Articulate game concepts clearly and analyze game mechanics.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of game design experience.
• Experience on at least one AAA console project.
• Proven ability in product prioritization and quick design iteration.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of in-game economy requirements.
