We are seeking an exceptional Senior Designer for an immediate contract, preferably within the European timezone.

The Senior Designer will be a key part of the game team, supporting design and serving as a bridge between disciplines. You will develop a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the game, driving it forward through collaborative leadership and design excellence.

Responsibilities

1. Contribute to the design of new features and content for a AAA open-world console project.
2. Facilitate clear communication within the design, development, and publishing teams.
3. Create and maintain detailed design documentation.
4. Use insights from data analytics and other sources to inform design responses.
5. Implement feedback from data, reviews, and playtests.
6. Articulate game concepts and analyze game mechanics effectively.

Qualifications

1. 4+ years of game development experience in a design role.
2. Experience working on at least one AAA console project.
3. Proven ability in product prioritization and rapid design decision-making.
4. Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills.
5. Understanding of in-game economy requirements.
