Freelance Recruitment Partner – Are you ready to take your recruitment career to the next level?

You’re an experienced recruiter, and you can see the shift happening. The traditional agency model is being left behind — clients want to work with niche, knowledgeable recruiters who truly understand their world.

If you’ve got the experience, the client relationships (at least one you can start with), and you’re ready to earn significantly more than the typical agency cut, Myn gives you everything you need to succeed on your own — without being alone.

You’ll get the tech, support, and services (Linkedin Recruiter, Total Jobs, worker funding etc..) to run your desk like a business — plus a growing community of independent recruiters to collaborate with when you want to.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years’ recruitment experience
• Confidence in your ability to win or retain clients
• At least one client you can work with (or close to it)
