As we expand into new markets, we seek a freelance recruiter experienced in eCommerce: sourcing top talent, managing hiring pipelines, optimizing KPIs, and building high-performing remote teams across borders.

Tasks
What You’ll Do
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle for key eCommerce roles—from copywriters to operations managers to performance marketing leads.
- Create compelling, KPI-driven job descriptions and manage postings across platforms like LinkedIn, Wellfound, Join.com, and niche freelancer networks.
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract top freelance and contract talent globally.
- Collaborate with C-Level and team leads to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles.
- Screen and qualify candidates with business-focused, KPI-driven questions.
- Optimize recruiting KPIs such as Time-to-Hire, Quality of Hire, and Candidate Experience.
- Advise on HR matters including freelance contracts, onboarding, and remote team retention strategies.
- Enhance employer branding within niche DTC communities through outreach and candidate experience improvements.
- Support US-based hiring efforts leveraging your network of eCommerce professionals.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience recruiting for eCommerce/DTC brands, in fast-growth environments preferred.
- Deep understanding of key DTC roles and KPIs like CAC, ROAS, and retention.
- Experience sourcing both freelance and full-time roles, with a focus on contract sourcing strategies.
- Ability to attract and engage top talent effectively.
- Strong grasp of recruiting metrics and job ad writing skills.
- Bonus: HR knowledge for onboarding, contracts, and team development.
- Proficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM) and data-driven hiring approaches.
- Bonus: US market recruitment experience and cultural awareness.
