Job summary

Madigan Gill seeks an experienced Site Manager with a strong RC frame background to lead on large-scale projects on a freelance, long-term basis in Greater London. You will oversee RC frame construction, ensuring safety, programme compliance and quality across all works.

You will coordinate formwork, reinforcement and concrete operations, manage subcontractors and site resources, and liaise with engineers and commercial teams to resolve technical issues.

Qualifications

• Proven Site Manager experience specialising in RC frame construction.
• Strong technical understanding of reinforced concrete structures, formwork systems and concrete operations.
• Experience delivering large-scale residential or commercial RC frame projects.
• Excellent subcontractor management, coordination and leadership skills.
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
• Good understanding of temporary works and structural sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day RC frame operations, including formwork, reinforcement and concrete pours.
• Coordinate subcontractors, labour and site resources to maintain programme targets.
• Oversee structural works, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor health & safety, RAMS, temporary works and site inspections.
• Liaise with engineers, project managers and commercial teams to resolve technical and operational issues.
• Ensure works are completed efficiently and to programme.
