Job summary

Viewber is inviting you to earn extra income by showing properties to potential buyers and tenants in your spare time. Freelance property appointments can include viewings, meet & greet, videos, photography, floor plans, inspections and more.

You’ll be paid per appointment, with typical rates around £19.49 for a Standard 30‑minute Viewing and higher for longer tasks. Nationwide UK coverage; sign up and set travel radius according to your preference.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Be punctual, reliable and comfortable working alone.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• A DBS, Disclosure Scotland or AccessNI certificate, dated within the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Conduct freelance property appointments including viewings, meet & greet, video viewings, photography, floor plans and inspections.
• Accept or reject appointment invitations as you see fit.
• Travel within your chosen radius to locations across the UK.
