Job summary

Viewber is seeking freelance property appointment helpers across the UK. You may handle property viewings, meet & greet, video tours, photography and floor plans in your spare time to supplement income.

Expect payment per appointment, with typical rates around £19.49 for a standard 30-minute viewing and higher for longer tasks. DBS/AccessNI checks are required and you’ll set your own schedule within a travel radius.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Be punctual, reliable and comfortable working alone.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• A DBS, Disclosure Scotland or AccessNI certificate dated within the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide freelance property appointments in your spare time.
• Appointments may include Property Viewings, Meet & Greet, Video Viewings, Photography, Floor Plans and inspections.
• Accept or reject appointment invitations within your preferred radius.
