Job summary

Viewber is seeking freelance property appointment partners across the UK to help show homes to potential buyers and tenants in their spare time. Roles include property viewings, meet & greet, video viewings, photography, floor plans, inspections and more.

You'll work on a flexible freelance basis, with invitations accepted or declined at your discretion and payments per appointment, starting around £19.49 for a standard 30-minute viewing.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• Punctual, reliable and comfortable working alone.
• A DBS/Disclosure certificate dated within the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Conduct freelance property appointments including viewings, meet & greet, video viewings, photography, floor plans and inspections.
• Show properties to potential buyers or tenants and provide a professional service.
• Coordinate with clients and adhere to appointment schedules.
