Job summary

Viewber | Nationwide Property Support is seeking freelance property appointment helpers across the UK. If you enjoy photography or showing properties in your spare time, this could be for you.

Roles include property viewings, meet & greet, video viewings, photography, floor plans and inspections. You’ll be paid per appointment, with typical rates around £19.49 for a standard 30-minute viewing, with higher pay for longer tasks.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Be punctual, reliable and feel comfortable working alone.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• A DBS, Disclosure Scotland or AccessNI certificate, dated within the last 3 years

Responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings for buyers and tenants.
• Coordinate Meet & Greet Appointments, Video Viewings, Photography, Floor Plans and inspections as needed.
• Assist with documentation and coordination for appointments and inspections
