Job summary

Viewber is seeking freelance partners in the United Kingdom to conduct property viewings, video tours, photography, floor plans and inspections in their spare time. You can accept or reject invitations, with flexible scheduling and a per-appointment payment model.

Typical payments start around £19.49 for a standard 30-minute viewing, with higher rates for longer sessions. You’ll need excellent communication, reliability, and an up-to-date DBS/AccessNI certificate.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Be punctual, reliable and comfortable working alone.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• A DBS, Disclosure Scotland or AccessNI certificate dated within the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Assist with property viewings, meet & greet appointments, video viewings and photography as requested.
• Provide floor plans and inspections when required.
• Coordinate with Viewber for scheduling and confirmations within your radius.
