Qualifications

• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• Be punctual, reliable and comfortable working alone.
• DBS, Disclosure Scotland or AccessNI certificate dated within the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings, Meet & Greet appointments, video viewings and photography as needed.
• Create floor plans and assist with inspections and related tasks.
• Coordinate appointments and travel within your chosen radius.
