The ideal candidate will hold SMSTS and CSCS cards, bring a solid track record in residential groundworks packages, and be skilled at coordinating with blue‑chip developers, subcontractors, and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience managing residential groundworks packages and civil engineering projects.
• SMSTS and CSCS cards are required.
• Able to oversee schemes from £1m to £40m across the North West.

Covering civil engineering and residential groundworks across project work including:

• Earthworks, stabilisation, remediation, piling
• Housing plots / foundations
• Tanks, ponds, etc
• Roads and Sewers

• Hard and soft landscaping

Contracts Manager Requirements:

• A strong understanding and experience of residential groundworks packages and associated civil engineering
• SMSTS & CSCS cards
