Job summary

Red King Resourcing is seeking freelance Programme Managers to support higher education events on an ad-hoc basis. You will prep events for up to 5 days per programme and then be on-site to deliver the programme for 5 days. Programs range from 9 to 230 attendees, with larger events possibly needing multiple managers.

Peak periods are Sep–Nov and Mar–Jun. A background in events is preferred; higher education experience would be a bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating large-scale events or programmes.
• Ability to manage onsite delivery and logistics.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver programmes for each event.
• Coordinate with clients and participants for smooth execution.
• Stay on-site for delivery of the programme across 5 days per event.
