Job summary

Red King Resourcing is recruiting five Programme Managers for a Higher Education client to prep and deliver programmes on a freelance, ad-hoc basis.

Peak periods run Sep–Nov and Mar–Jun; each event requires five days of prep and five days onsite, with on-site accommodation expensable. Programmes range from 9 to 230 attendees; previous events experience preferred and HE/education experience a bonus. You will work a standard eight-hour day.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating and delivering live events.
• Ability to manage multiple events with tight deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder communication and on-site coordination.

Responsibilities

• Prep for events including planning and logistics.
• Deliver programmes on-site for 5 days per event.
• Coordinate teams and vendors during event delivery.
