Qualifications

• Required Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification.
• CIMSPA Practitioner Membership or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised fitness coaching and training programmes.
• Conduct fitness consultations and member onboarding through MOVE programme.
• Build and grow your Personal Training client base.
• Lead Group Training sessions, workshops and member events.
• Support member engagement, retention and overall gym experience.
• Promote bespoke coaching services tailored to individual goals.
• Establish yourself as a trusted fitness professional within the club community.
• Contribute to a positive, motivating gym culture.
