Job summary

Everlast Gyms is recruiting freelance Personal Trainers to grow a successful PT business within a thriving gym environment. You’ll have access to an established member base, industry-leading facilities, and dedicated marketing support, with the freedom to retain 100% of your PT earnings.

As part of a growing UK fitness brand backed by Frasers Group, you’ll coach clients, lead group sessions, and contribute to a positive gym culture while developing your own client base and career with ongoing

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification or equivalent.
• CIMSPA practitioner membership required.
• Public liability insurance of £2 million cover or above.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised fitness coaching and training programmes
• Conduct fitness consultations and member onboarding through MOVE
• Build and grow your Personal Training client base
• Lead Group Training sessions, workshops and member events
• Support member engagement, retention and overall gym experience
• Promote and deliver bespoke coaching services tailored to individual goals
• Establish yourself as a trusted fitness professional within the club community
• Contribute to a positive, motivating and results-driven gym culture
