About the role:

The Hogarth Health Club is hiring a Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist reporting to the Managing Director. This is a new role, available as a short-term or rolling contract. The primary responsibility is attracting, sourcing, and hiring the best talent for the club. You will manage the entire recruitment process, ensuring the best talent supports our growth and enhances our members' experience. This is an excellent opportunity to shape the recruitment strategy of a prestigious London club and work closely with the Managing Director to attract top talent in the health and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a recruitment strategy to attract top talent.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings and sourcing to interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs.
• Collaborate with external partners, including recruitment agencies, colleges, and professional associations.
• Utilize diverse sourcing channels, including social media, networking, and industry platforms, to build a talent pipeline.
• Enhance employer branding through strategic engagement initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and improve recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Track and report recruitment metrics to assess hiring effectiveness.

About you:

• Proven experience in fast-paced talent acquisition, ideally within the fitness or wellness industry.
• Ability to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.
• Experience building relationships with hiring managers and external partners.
• Skilled in sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media and professional networks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates effectively.
• A data-driven approach with experience tracking recruitment metrics and optimizing processes.
