Mindrift remotely collaborates with a cross-disciplinary team to train and evaluate AI agents that operate inside a real CAD environment. You will design geometry for long engineering tasks, build reference solutions, and judge the agent's attempts while working alongside CFD engineers.
The role requires a strong CAD background and an active CAD license. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of hands-on CAD modelling in CATIA, SolidWorks, Siemens NX, Creo or similar, plus familiarity with ANSYS.
Help train and evaluate AI agents that work inside a real CAD environment on long engineering tasks, work that would take an expert 10–15 hours. You'll design part geometry, build reference solutions, and judge the agent's attempts. You'll work alongside CFD engineers who simulate the geometry you build.
For this project, tasks are estimated to require around 10–20 hours per week during active phases, based on project requirements. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed workload, and applies only while the project is active.
On this project, contributors can earn up to $36 per hour equivalent, depending on their level and pace of contribution.
Compensation varies across projects depending on scope, complexity, and required expertise. Please note that other projects on the platform may offer different earning levels based on their requirements.
