Job summary

Mindrift is seeking a skilled CAD modeller to help train and evaluate AI agents inside a real CAD environment, handling long engineering tasks that would take an expert 10–15 hours. You will design part geometry, build reference solutions, and judge the agent’s attempts alongside CFD engineers.

The role requires a degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (Master's/PhD a plus), 5+ years CAD modelling experience, and an active CAD licence.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years hands-on CAD modelling experience.
• Active CAD licence required.
• Comfortable with Python and GitHub.
