SEPHORA UK is seeking a skilled Marketing Operations & Design Lead on a freelance basis to bring digital brand campaigns to life across website, email, app and social channels. You will act as the operational bridge between Integrated Marketing and external brand partners, coordinating briefs and delivering assets that meet brand standards and technical requirements.

• Strong midweight digital design capability with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in creating and adapting assets for websites, email, apps, social media.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital brand campaigns across website, email, app, social and paid channels.
• Act as the operational link between Marketing, Commercial and external brand partners.
• Manage digital briefing and submission process to ensure briefs are complete and on time.
• Create and adapt branded assets into compelling digital campaigns using design tools.
