Job summary

SumUp is seeking self-employed Field Sales Partners to build your own business around SumUp's fintech solutions across the UK. You will represent a trusted payments platform, close merchant deals, and grow a recurring revenue stream.

This role is 100% commission with upfront and long-term residuals, with winners earning £7k+ per month and potential six-figure first year. You set your schedule, manage your pipeline, and receive training and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in high-rejection, face-to-face or B2B sales.
• Hunter mindset with the ability to develop leads and close deals.
• Financial resilience to bridge initial pipeline-building before residuals.
• Self-discipline to work entirely self-directed with minimal supervision.
• Commercial awareness to articulate the value of recurring revenue.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting a minimum of 30 local SMEs weekly through face-to-face visits and outreach.
• Consultative selling by analyzing merchant needs and presenting SumUp's ecosystem.
• Owning territory; managing pipeline and CRM; driving onboarding of merchants.
• Creating meaningful conversations and converting them into merchant partnerships.
• Becoming the local payments expert trusted by SME owners.
