Job summary

Togather is expanding its Event Production team in London, delivering diverse festival, party and cultural events with a focus on street-food F&B lineups.

You will support the permanent team to handle a variety of events, including peak season, working on-site and coordinating with multiple F&B traders to ensure smooth load-in, event flow and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Experience on large-scale greenfield events.
  • Thrive working on-site at events, including weekends/nights.
  • Previously managed multiple F&B traders onsite.
  • Highly organized and tech savvy; our platform and automation are central.
  • Have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the supply team to design curated and high-quality F&B lineups.
  • Own delivery from load-in to load-out, ensuring licenses, H&S checks and allergen charts are up to date.
  • Coordinate on-site payments and troubleshoot issues during events.
  • Protect brand standards and ensure seamless execution across events.

Togather started life as Feast It, in 2017, as a booking platform for people to book street food caterers for their birthday parties and weddings. Since then, we have grown to become the UK’s biggest events platform as Togather for food, drink, venues, photographers and so much more.

The Role

Working with our Event Production team, our Freelance Event Producers report to one of our two Event Leads.
The team work with a huge variety of amazing clients; IMG, Boiler Room, RHS, Broadwick Live, Krankbrother and many more, delivering events across a variety of sectors, including; Music Festivals, Christmas Light Trails, Fireworks shows, Plane shows, Cultural Events and more.
The Event Production teams role is to work with our supply team to create curated and top quality F&B line ups for these events, whether thats owning one street food are, or delivering F&B across the entire event. We ensure all details from the suppliers is up to date and correct; licenses, h&s checks, allergen charts etc, take site payments where needed and manage them onsite from load in to load out.

Requirements

Freelance Event Producers will be required to come in and support the permanent team in delivering a variety of our events, particularly across peak season (Summer and Christmas). We are always looking to be in touch with great talent we can work with during this period.
To be suitable for these roles you must have:

  • Experience working on large scale greenfield events.

  • Thrive while working on-site at events, whether its a weekend, late night or early morning!

  • Previously managed multiple F&B traders onsite.

  • Highly organised and tech savvy. Our platform, tech & automation are at the heart of what we do.

  • Have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
