Solution Search Limited - Construction seeks an experienced Freelance Construction Manager for a £900k refurbishment project in Oxfordshire. You will oversee day-to-day site activities, coordinate subcontractors, drive the programme, and ensure safety, quality, and snagging are completed to client standards.

The contract is Freelance - CIS, with project delivery through February, requiring strong refurbishment expertise in occupied or existing buildings and proactive client/design-team liaison.

Qualificações

• Experience delivering refurbishments in existing buildings.
• Strong site management and safety compliance.
• Experience with CIS or freelance contracting is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Day-to-day management of the project on site.
• Managing subcontractors and trades to programme.
• Driving the construction programme to completion.
• Health & Safety oversight on site.
