Solution Search Limited - Construction seeks an experienced Freelance Construction Manager for a £900k refurbishment project in Oxfordshire. You will oversee day-to-day site activities, coordinate subcontractors, drive the programme, and ensure safety, quality, and snagging are completed to client standards.

The contract is Freelance - CIS, with project delivery through February, requiring strong refurbishment expertise in occupied or existing buildings and proactive client/design-team liaison.

Formación

• Experience delivering refurbishments in existing buildings.

Freelance Construction Manager | Oxfordshire | £900k Refurbishment

We are currently looking for an experienced Freelance Construction Manager to deliver a £900k refurbishment project in Oxfordshire.

The project involves the refurbishment of an existing clubhouse and is being delivered by a medium-sized London-based Design & Build contractor.

The successful Construction Manager will take day-to-day responsibility for the project, managing the site from commencement through to completion in February.

Responsibilities will include:

• Day-to-day management of the project
• Managing subcontractors and trades
• Driving the construction programme
• Health & Safety
• Quality control and snagging
• Client and design team liaison
• Reporting progress to the Project / Contracts Manager

We are looking for someone with a strong background in refurbishment and fit-out, ideally someone experienced in delivering projects within existing buildings.
