B2B SALES LEADS is a 19-year-old business development company specializing in securing ‘C’ level meetings for our IT clients across Europe and the USA. We are not a telesales company.
We operate across various vertical markets, promoting solutions in areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Business & Digital Transformation, Supply Chain/Logistics, Financial Services, and more.
This is a freelance, home-based position requiring sales professionals with over 10 years of proven sales experience (mandatory). The role involves building relationships through cold calling, generating business opportunities, and securing qualified meetings.
Key skills include excellent communication, negotiation, independence, and self-motivation. Daily targets include making 90-100 calls and securing 3-4 qualified meetings weekly, which are then added to the pipeline for clients.
Proficiency in CRM software and knowledge of the IT industry and market trends are preferred. European languages such as Italian, French, and German are a plus.
