Job summary

You will lead customer education on responsibilities and collate MI while collaborating with risk and performance teams. Travel between sites may be required; hybrid/home working is not available.

Qualifications

• Interviewing claimants and identifying inconsistencies.
• Verifying documents for ID, housing costs and childcare elements.
• Raising awareness and educating customers on responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Interview claimants and conduct verification activities on site with Jobcentre colleagues.
• Lead customer education sessions to explain fraud responsibilities and consequences of non-compliance.
• Collate and maintain accurate MI for performance monitoring.
• Provide regular feedback on fraud trends to risk and intelligence teams.
